With the rapid development of the tourism industry, The structure of the tourism industry plays a key role on the development of tourism and has great influence on its economic benefits. Due to the changes in the demands of tourists and the emergence of the diverse new ways they travelled, The contradictions in the Structure of Tourist Industry have became increasingly serious. Therefore, How to optimize the structure of the international tourism industry is an extremely important part of the development of the tourism industry. This paper attempts to set the international tourism in Tibet as the research object, Industrial structure optimization as the starting point, and conducts an in-depth analysis on the optimization of industrial structure of international tourism in Tibet which has great significance for the rapid development of the tourism industry in Tibet.The paper initially summarizes the research achievements in the field of the tourism industry structure at home and abroad, systemizes the relevant theories of the structure of the tourism industry, and to provide theoretical support for this study. Secondly, sets the industrial structure of international tourism in Tibet as the study object, and processes the datum in Statistical Yearbook of China Tourism in Tibet Statistical Yearbook, to conduct a quantitative analysis from three aspects: the internal structure, the structural benefit and correlation of the Tibet’s international tourism industry structures, aiming to figure out the dynamic evolution rules of the international tourism industry in Tibet as well as the existing problems in it. And finally, on the basis of the above analysis, this paper tries to build the optimizing system and security system of the international tourism industry in Tibet.The innovations of this study lie in two aspects. First, innovation in research methods, this study attempts to combine the qualitative and quantitative research methods. On the basis of qualitative analysis on the industrial structure of international tourism in Tibet, this paper takes advantages of the internal structure analysis method, deviate from the-share analysis and gray relational degree quantitative models quantitative analysis of the industrial structure of international tourism in Tibet, so as to provide the basis for Tibet international tourism industry structure optimization formulation effective adjustment policies. Second, To build a system and policy safeguards system optimized industrial structure for international tourism in Tibet. This study attempts to establish the structural adjustment of the international tourism industry in Tibet countermeasure system, concerning the development of the tourism product, industry internal elements of the resource configuration to determine the dominant position in the industry, strengthen the industry association, and to strengthen regional cooperation and improve travel technology content, to ensure these measures are effectively implemented, constructed of organizational, financial, crisis management, promotional marketing, human resources, policy support system exploration. Optimization of content on the comparison has some Tibet tourism research, more standardized, accurate, in-depth and comprehensive macro decision-making of the tourism industry in Tibet provide a reference for the industrial structure of international tourism in Tibet.The paper is composed of six parts.The first part is introduction. Mainly introduces the research background, research purpose and meaning, research content and research framework, research methods and the innovation and inadequate.The second part is the research component of the theory of the structure of the tourism industry. Related to the theory of the structure of the tourism industry is the basis of the international tourism industry in Tibet structural optimization research. This chapter begins with concepts related to the structure of the tourism industry, defined the structure of the tourism industry at home and abroad on the basis of the literature review, has combed the final structure of the tourism industry optimization theory, provides theoretical support for the study.The third part is Tibet tourism industry structure analysis. The structure of Tibet international tourism industry has its own characteristics, mainly include the following (1) asic sectors been significantly improved and enhanced, which tourist traffic departments at all levels of government efforts to increase investment, the rapid pace of development in the first, in a number of tourism foreign exchange earning sector. Tour sector development is not stable enough, the overall upward trend.(2) With the diversification of tourism consumption, the elasticity of demand for small accommodation foreign exchange earning sector showed a downward trend, while the obvious Dining foreign exchange earning sector trends, is a fast-growing sector of the international tourism industry.(3) associated sectors slow pace of development, tourism commodity sector slow growth in seven years,2004-2010, tourism and entertainment sector showed a downward trend. Come to Tibet’s tourism industry structure on the basis of the above analysis, are summarized as follows:the structure of the international tourism industry do not have the professional advantages sophistication underpowered; industrial structure effective contribution rate; industrial structure internal correlation is not strong; dominant the industry does not highlight a range of issues such as restricting the development of the tourism industry in Tibet.The fifth part for Tibet international tourism industry structure optimization strategy. In the premise of optimizing targets and optimize the structure of tourism industry of the principles, structure and the Tibet international tourism industry to achieve rationalization.
