From the opening of the Qinghai-Tibet Railway on July 1st in 2006,Tourism of Qinghai and Tibet provinces have developed rapidly, so the region alongside Qinghai-Tibet railway together with Shangri-La tourism region and the fitness holiday circle around Tai-lake, became one of the nive great touism regions that our national Travel Bureau focus on during the "11th five-year plan" period, also, this region alongside Qinghai-Tibet railway will be planned to be a famous tourism destination in the world.And areas along the Qinghai-Tibet railway are facing a great opportunity for tourism developing.However, tourism in this area is still in it's intial stage,which hinder tourism development. Therefore, this paper optimized the tourism space structure in this area based on the first-hand material at the first moment.Based on the tourism geographical theory, this article defined the space structure in tourism destination as the regional difference between tourists origin area and tourism destination,also the interaction produced by this difference,in other words,the space structure in tourism destination is the spacial projection of the functional organization in tourism destination.And the optimization of the space structure in tourism destination is the reallocation on tourism space elements based on the analysis of tourist spot,the toursm center city, the tourism trasport channel, tourism flow and other elements to make sure that the maximize efficiency on enviromental,economic and social can be get.In this paper,based on the "one-day tourism circle" to define the region alongside Qinghai-Tibet Railway,manpower and optimize tourism space from the tourist resources, tourism markets, tourism products,tourism network, tourism image and tourism ecological protection and so on,by "Status -Analysis - Optimization", and make note on three levels, statement optimization path and the results of six major aspects in optimal level.This article proposed that from quantity, the quality,the spatial characteristic and the space combines four aspects to discuss the spatial structure of tourist resources along the route,calculates the index of R,β,γ, the tourist resources space overall characteristic assumes the condensation condition,to main lineses of communication and so on federal highway,provincial road relies on a big way; delimits four big resources compact districts along the route;the good spatial combination cities has Xining, Lhasa, Rikeze, Haiyan, Golmud and so on.The author in the foundation of source of tourists market present situation of Qinghai and Tibet, analysis six big ways of space and time optimizes on the tourists market along the route,proposed the main body space pattern of "the entry traveling is a forerunner, the domestic traveling is the main body, in the area the market for supplements"; has divided along the route the area home and the entry traveling core source of tourists, the first-level tourists place and the second-level tourists place; proposes four big market expansion strategies.In spatial structure foundation of tourist resources and the source of tourists market optimize, studies the tourism product the space optimization from the tourist scenic zone (spot),the tourist route, the traveling shopping commodity and the traveling function product four big aspects; proposes the construct with proper priorities of brand scenic area, the important scenic area and the general scenic area; promotes the brand line,the high-quality line and the characteristic line;has designed five big traveling shopping commodity, and proposes the sale space optimization based on the tourist scenic zone; construction two broad headings of core traveling function products and emerging traveling function products.Construct the traveling cyberspace optimization level of "spot- axis - area - circle - foreign corridor" . The traveling node take tourist center cities primarily, by the construct with proper priority tourist scenic zone (spot) as auxiliary, the tourist center cities will divide into the region level tourist center city, the district level tourist center cities and the scenery district level tourist center cities three ranks; proposed that three rank traveling development axes,the core traveling development axis is the Qinghai-Tibet transportation comprehensive axis;has divided 12 tourist areas, gives priority to the tourist area are:Xining tourist area, Lake Qinghai tourist area, Kunlun Mountains culture tourist area, three river source tourist area, Lhasa tourist area, Rikeze tourist area, Naqu Qiangtang prairie tourist area; has constructed the link Xining traveling circle,the link Golmud traveling circle,the link Naqu traveling circle, the link Lhasa traveling circle;according to transportation present situation and the traveling relation of the area along the route,proposed eight external traveling corridors as Sichuan -Tibet,the Yunnan-Tibet, China-Nepal, China-India, Xining-Xi'an, Qinghai-Xinjiang, Xinjiang -Tibet,Cishun-Chongqing-Lazhou.On the basis of the spatial structure which is optimized by the tourism network and based on the perception theory of space-based image, it oriented for tourism image to the whole area along the route, visualize areas , tourism areas and branded tourism routes. It oriented the scope of the tourist area along the Qinghai-Tibet Railway as" the Qinghai-Tibet Brigade - walking in between heaven and earth".Based on the risk differences and the status quo of the ecological environment protection of the natural ecological system along the areas, this paper stated the impact to the ecological environment which is made by tourists.From the angle of limit to tourists' activities, it divided the scope of the tourist area along the Qinghai-Tibet Railway to four major tourism ecological and environmental protection areas: the absolute protected area of the tourism ecological environment, the first grade protected area of tourism ecological environment, the second grade protected area of tourism ecological environment and the third grade protected area of tourism ecological environment. |
