From what has been discussed above, natural gas energy, with the environmental, economic and other advantages, will have strong development value and great potential market space in the background of global focus on energy makeover and emphasis on energy and environmental conservation. There are four factors determine the core of this thesis on Chongqing’s natural gas business development. First, natural gas field which has relatively loose and diversified development policy space. Second, natural gas energy has advantage of low cost and mature development of diversified application reference model. Third, natural gas energy is efficient in environment economy. And the last, plentiful supply of natural gas and mature operation system is available in Chongqing.1.The main contents:CNG, the constant major cover of the natural gas market, has taken dominance of monopoly in areas of high natural gas yields such as Chongqing. New forms of natural gas are thus hindered from better development and popularization. Moreover, with the current cover of market share and household usage of the traditional natural gas form, the redevelopment of natural gas energy and the development of the whole industry suffers from great limits. In the context of energy verification, changes must be made and new forms of natural gas are to be born.The natural gas industry in Chongqing and even in the whole country is open to improvements in many terms. To systematically apply and manage LNG is deemed to be a feasible way to bring about higher performance, better transformation, more efficient storage, safer use and less harm to environment. This high level gas energy of LNG enjoys quite fame in being economically efficient since its fuel cost is30%, less than that of oil. It is also easier to transport, less demanding for storage conditions and more environmental friendly. Recently there even shows a trend of fierce progress of small-sized LNG business along the road of energy development and application extension. The small-sized LNG business now has more demands and more salient role and greater quotients in the market.Because of the change of this society and the demand of economic environmental protection, there is a big challenge and opportunity for LNG which has a good prospect to enter the market. At the same time, this also brings the natural gas industry a chance to reform product, service and management structure. The change of the product and service will lead to the change of enterprise management environment, and the change of business environment will promote the development of management science. In order to conform to the developing trend, Chongqing Gas Group’s strategic management must be changed.The core content of the paper is to demonstrate that on the basis of the Chongqing Gas Group, how to realize the possibility, commercial value and industry influence of LNG scale. The paper sets Chongqing as the target location for LNG scale for-profit, aiming to develop the application research of LNG business in Chongqing Gas Group, and to look for suitable methods for scale supply, market demand and service system of Chongqing LNG industry. Through the project benefit analysis/cost analysis, capital structure and financing analysis, financial cost analysis, it also tries to formulate long-term effective strategic management plan, to provide practical support for future large-scale development of LNG industry. By the actual investigation, market analysis, benefit analysis, cost analysis, technical analysis, this paper aims to find out a management plan which is suitable for Chinese LNG scale application.This paper mainly focuses on the scale of applying fuel gas and its supply chain in Chongqing. Moreover, this work also pays close attention to analyze the demand size and potential market of LNG and examine the development steps, short-term design and long-term design for exploring prospect and project of LNG in a practicing way. That is, the viewpoint of this dissertation will focus on developing new power, which is according to area characteristics, for presenting the positive prospect of a large-scale regional developing LNG and highlight the approaching market and environment friendly feature of LNG2. The main contributionBig Data Analytics:as an innovative analytical method, big data analysis system has strongly instructive meanings, through accurate digital analysis to supply and demand date of Chongqing Gas Group Corporation. In addition, big data analysis system focuses on minute details which may affect supply and demand, sales, operations, distribution, and research, with accurate assessment of large-scale supply and development process of LNG to reduce irrational investment and non-target operation. The research of Mind Mapping:By employing innovative research methods, this research of regional-scale development of LNG is based on a large dataset. It aims to explore the supply and demand of the product of Chongqing Gas, with the periodic real-time data which indicate the specific needs of supply chain of natural gas (including data analysis of the key areas, gap analysis and analysis of potential market), and construct a corresponding and appropriate mind mapping, to design the process, steps of development and functions of each department.The update of the traditional organizations:Compared to the existing business, the current gas industry (especially Gas Groups which provide the services of basic level directly), should adjust organizational structures in response to the large-scale application of LNG. It should adjust its corporate strategy from structure management, basic production, technique control, supply of products and services of sales, by updating management system, innovations of technology and design of strategic plan. Most subsidiaries of Chongqing Gas adopted relative traditional management and organizational structures. However, in order to respond to the strategic adjustments caused by LNG, it can update the management of enterprises with the experiment of operation teams of project of LNG The result of research shows the problems found in the early, middle and late stages of new project. Also it shows the collection and analysis of these problems can facilitate the operations and management of teamwork more effectively, to strengthen the competitiveness of traditional energy industries in the new era.
