| Abstract:Along with the development of China’s economy and the improvement of people’s living standard, higher requirements on food safety and freshness have been put forward by people. While food’s freezing, storage, transit and freshness maintaining enjoy a close relationship with cold chain logistics whose development is gaining unprecedented attentions. Especially in recent years, a series of governmental documents such as the cold-chain logistics planning of agricultural products were promulgated, which further accelerated the development of cold chain logistics industry. Therefore how to improve the efficiency of cold chain logistics, reduce the cost of logistics, improve the quality of services, meet market demands and make scientific planning in constructing cold chain logistics center has become the most urgent issue that needs to be dealt with.This thesis firstly introduced the significance and research meaning of cold chain logistics center layout planning and the domestic and foreign research status quo of it. Secondly, the concept and features of cold chain logistics and the meaning of cold chain logistics center were illustrated, followed by the analysis of the planning and evaluation methods. Then, the size, location selection and layout planning of the cold chain logistics center also were studied and the method of SLP was taken to plan the layout of the center. Finally, Hunan Yiyang Cold Chain Logistics Center was chosen as a case for analysis. The collected layout planning data of Hunan Yiyang Cold Chain Logistics Center was analyzed by using the proposed theory in this thesis, a solution was also proposed after evaluated and optimized by the comprehensive fuzzy mathematic model. After adjusting the internal logistics flow line, a reasonable layout plan was obtained. Besides, the thesis planned the information system of Yiyang Cold Chain Logistics Center, mainly focusing on its information platform and the traceability system of typical cold chain products.Through the study of the layout planning of Hunan Yiyang Cold Chain Logistics Center on the basis of conventional methods, some adjustments have been made according to the characteristics of cold chain logistics, and comprehensive fuzzy mathematic model was applied to evaluate and optimize the scheme of the center. This study has certain significance on improving the center’s logistics operation efficiency and on accelerating its construction. Besides, it has also provided decision-making references for the layout planning of similar logistics centers. |
