With the rapid economic development, accelerating the process of globalization, therapid development of information technology, the same customer needs are constantlychanging, the competition between enterprises is becoming increasingly intense.Meanwhile, the external business environment facing increasingly complex and constantlycollide global management and business expansion brought various countries and regionsof the integration between corporate culture, making the internal face more uncertainties.Internal and external environment makes the complicated intertwining of corporatestrategy full of risks, but the risk can be a predisposing factor in corporate strategy togenerate more and more and more complex, these have a direct impact on long-termsurvival and development of enterprises. Meanwhile, faced with increasingly complexinternational economic situation, the theory and methods of complex enterprisedevelopment environment, the traditional strategic management and strategicdecision-making has been unable to meet the pace of change in today’s market. Along witha number of world-renowned giants of the fall, many medium and small enterprises andbusiness failures, strategic risk research has become the focus of attention of variousenterprises moment, in the midst of the external environment, the resulting risk ofinducing factors arising enable enterprises to keep track of, therefore, to understand themechanism of the formation of strategic risk systems and a variety of measures to dealwith strategic risk, enterprises need to become a thing of learning. Sooner establish aneffective corporate strategic risk control mechanisms, can find all kinds of risks in a timelymanner latent crisis companies, and can receive timely treatment, so that we can ensurelong-term stable development of enterprises.In this paper, on the basis of previous studies, summarized the system at home andabroad, especially foreign theories on strategic risk management, and the status ofdomestic research Strategic Risk Management has also done a detailed description. In thestudy on the basis of the above, the risk of strategic research context are as follows:Firstly, the study of the formation of strategic risk factors, from a business perspective willbe divided into five large strategic sources of risk, namely the strategic environment,corporate strategy resource, competitiveness of enterprises, corporate culture and business leaders in five parts. Then from the secretive, dynamic, lethal, complex, controllabilityfive strategic point of view of the nature of the risk. Then the risk of the formationmechanism of the strategy and the evolution of the state were analyzed, and based on theformation mechanism of strategic risk evaluation index system of enterprise strategic riskfrom the strategic environment, strategic resources, enterprise capabilities, corporateculture and business leaders of the five dimensions, Finally, the index system using fuzzycomprehensive evaluation of the strategic business case to quantify the risk assessment,business case analysis, including external activities of the strategic potential risks exist,and on this basis, the final article summarizes how to evaluate strategic risks andenterprises the ability to flex in four areas of enterprise risk management strategy putforward their own proposals from a focus on strategic environmental scanning, to establishan effective early warning mechanism to strengthen organizational learning improved.
