The Research Based On Network DEA Coal Enterprise Performance Evaluation In Hebei Province

Under the global trend of the development of ecological economy, the impact ofChina’s coal industry is unprecedented, the standard is more strict to the requirement ofcoal industry, the developing mode of traditional coal enterprises not only aggravatedthe haze in the environmental problems and the waste of coal resources extremely, alsobecome death warrant was eliminated, the coal enterprise how to develop China’s coalindustry is imminent strategic issues. In recent years, along with the increasingly seriousglobal environmental problems, the sustainable development of coal enterprises need toaccelerate the economic development, and to undertake the responsibility of the societyand the environment, only in the case of the benign development of the global economy,the enterprise’s own development opportunities can be achieved. Due to coal economyfor a long time in the midst of the downturn, the coal enterprises face huge economicdifficulties, economic recession has made many companies are not willing to take socialresponsibility.Therefore, the coal enterprise performance evaluation, to improve theoverall performance of coal enterprises in our country and the developing direction ofcoal enterprises and management has important practical significance.This article first to the performance evaluation and the DEA method of theresearch status at home and abroad and the study on the literature review. Secondly, thispaper expounds the theory and method of enterprise performance evaluation, andillustrates the advantages of network DEA method. Third, the basic situation of coalenterprises in Hebei province and the present performance evaluation of coal enterpriseswere analyzed, and the deficiency of the performance evaluation of coal enterprises inHebei province design principle is presented. Fourth, this paper expounds the DEAtheory and network DEA theory, and combined with the characteristics of coalenterprises in Hebei province to build the network DEA model based on performanceevaluation of coal enterprises in Hebei province. Finally, according to the results ofempirical study and evaluation of specific performance of coal enterprises in Hebeiprovince countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward.
