With the era of knowledge economy, human resources has become the core force of enterprise development, Sustainable development is the decisive factor. Continued tight energy situation in the world environment, coal as a basis for the increasing prominence of energy, so that the coal companies more incentive talent competition. How to characteristics of the coal enterprises in coal enterprises to establish and improve the performance appraisal system for coal enterprises to become the top priority of human resource management.Coal through a Performance Evaluation System Human Resources Analysis of current situation, introduces the middle management and grass-roots groups, and professional and technical staff appraisal system, coal A proposed human resource performance evaluation problems, such as:scientific assessment methods, evaluation of all aspects of non-standard work, assessment indicators are not so clear and scientific appraisal system problems.
