One Village One Product is the development product of rural market economy andsocialized production, which by taking advantages of local natural resources, traditionalculture, ecological and geographical items, to foster the dominant industry and promote thedevelopment of rural economy. Xiping is an agricultural County; characteristic economy hasbig contributions in economic development level and capacity. But, overall level of economicis imbalance, agriculture and rural economics developed slowly. So based on the resourcescharacteristics of Xiping County and industrial development, it puts forward the holisticdeveloping strategic planning of Xiping One Village One Product development.This paper based on the theory of industrial economics, regional economics, comparativeadvantage and characteristic industries, with work practice, to found problem and law byinvestigation and document study. It makes a systematical expatiation about the One VillageOne Product connotation, substance and background. Comparison with the developmentsituation between home and abroad, elaborates the theoretical basis of One Village OneProduct. Basing on the evaluation of advantage and disadvantage of One Village One Productdevelopment, put forward the implementing channel of the developing strategy, and establisha policy support system. It is considered that the main points of One Village One Productdevelopment in Xiping County as follows:1. Cultivate the dominant industry and product.2.Integrate the technological resources, and prospering the agriculture with science andeducation.3. Set up the rural cooperative organization, to improve the development of OneVillage One Product.4. Support dominant enterprises, to prolong the industrial chain.5.Strengthen brand building to enhance the market competitiveness.6. Increased distributionchannels, to expand the domestic and international markets. Finally, aiming at the problem inempirical research and brings up my own suggestion and opinion as follows:1. Pay attentionto the One Village One Product development, and increase the government support.2. Totrain-up farmer and improve skill and knowledge.3. Develop the leading industriessuperiority that strengthens pasturage bibcock business drives capacity.4. Promotion ofpollution-free, green produce production and standardization.5. Build a perfect and accuratemarketing information analysis, and speed up the market.To sum up, this paper summarizes the One Village One Product development of Xiping County by present situation investigation, advantage and disadvantage analysis, importantstrategy analysis and support system. Have the deep leading meaning and draw lessons forOne Village One Product development.
