The Study Of Urban Infrastructure Modernization Level In Gansu Province

With the continuous improvement of the economy,urban modernization has developedrapidly,city space expanding, function continuously improved.The urban infrastructure is thedecisive factor in the level of city,and is the premise and physical basis of urban formationand rapid development.Its modernization level directly affects the stage level of urban modernization,alsoindirectly determines the level of a province or even a region.As a result,the study of itsmodernization level not only gradually become the hot issue in related areas,but also the focusof the government work.Through evaluate the urban infrastructure modernization level, theauthor finds out the main factors influencing the level.According to the analysis of theevaluation results and the influence factors,the author finds out an effective way to enhancethe level of urban infrastructure modernization,and lets it develop on purpose.At the sametime,it also has certain reference significance for the development of other provinces andcities.Urban infrastructure is the product of social development and economic level rising.Withthe continuous improvement of scientific and technological and the increasing need of thesocial life,urban infrastructure modernization get more and more attention.In this paper, basedon the theory of urban infrastructure,the author builds an evaluation index system of urbaninfrastructure modernization level.Then,the author uses principal component analysis andentropy evaluation method to evaluate the urban infrastructure modernization level in Gansuprovince in using SPSS and the EXCEL.At last,according to the evaluation results,the authorputs forward the countermeasures and suggestions.This paper made the following research:(1)Elaborated research background,purpose,significance,related research situation at home and abroad,research ideas and methods,dissertation structure framework and innovation points,etc;(2)A summary of urbaninfrastructure theory;(3)Referencing other scholars research experience,combined withrelevant theory and evaluation system to determine the principle,the author builds the urbaninfrastructure modernization level evaluation index system,and puts forward the basis fordetermining the index value;(4)Evaluation research of the urban infrastructure modernizationlevel in Gansu province;(5)Evaluation research of the lateral and longitudinal in Lanzhoucity,as the representative of Gansu province;(6)According to the result of empirical evaluationresearch,investigating the influence factors resulting in the low level of urban infrastructuremodernization of Gansu province;(7)Puting forward some suggestions on how to promote thelevel from multiple perspectives.
