Enterprise culture is the enterprise survival and development and the key of thecompetition. At present, the research of corporate culture theory, and evaluation of tourismenterprise culture and the construction way of study is less。Few studies have also lack ofquantitative and combined with the study of tourism enterprise culturecharacteristics. This paper aims to our country’s tourism culture connotation,characteristics, elements were analyzed, and the construction of tourist enterprise cultureevaluation model, and explore the tourism enterprise culture promotion countermeasures. Inthis paper, on the basis of the research of corporate culture theory, based on the analysis ofthe characteristics of tourism enterprises in China tourism connotation, features andconstituent elements of enterprise culture, and through the tourism management benefit forthe enterprise to set up the evaluation index system of tourism enterprise culture. Using thefactor analysis and SPSS statistical software to tianjin international travel service enterpriseculture on the empirical analysis of this paper discusses the current situation of tianjin CITSenterprise culture at present stage and the existing problems, and put forwardcountermeasures and Suggestions on this basis. This paper is divided into six parts:The first part is the preface, the paper introduces the research background of thisarticle, the purpose of the selected topic, significance and the main methods and researchcontent, etc., is a general overview of the full text.The second part summarized the related concepts and theoretical basis, researchdirection, good research foundation.The third part is the second part of the theory as the instruction, through the SWOTanalysis method to analyse current situation of the development of enterprise culture,tianjin international travel service and travel enterprise culture theory of concreteapplication of tianjin international travel service, the constituent elements of enterpriseculture and the basic situation of travel agencies were analyzed.The fourth part focuses on the design and arrangement, in thinking about tianjin CITSproblems, on the basis of corporate culture building theoretical model, hypothesized, designsurvey questionnaire.The fifth part is to research the recycling effective questionnaire data sorting,comparison and analysis, validate the fourth part put forward questions and hypothesis.The sixth part is the paper preliminary conclusions and to put forward thecountermeasures of tianjin CITS enterprise culture construction.
