Study On Construcation Of Agriculture Informatization In Shanxi Province

As the foundation of the national economy, agriculture become the information industry is the inevitable trend. On the national annual government work in2012, premier wen jiabao reported that in the process of industrialization and urbanization development, it should pay more attention to agricultural modernization. As the important basis for agricultural modernization, Agricultural informationization should give more attention in the course of the construction of new countryside, build and perfect further. In the fast developing period of agricultural informationization, both different countries and provinces are exploring suitable road for the development of agricultural informatization. Simultaneously, we also see the important role of agricultural informationization to the development of modern agriculture, especially the urgent need of agricultural informatization for Shanxi Province agriculture. Enhancing the research of agricultural informatization and searching for suitable agricultural information service system, especially in Shanxi Province that has important theoretical and practical significance to rapid and healthy development of agriculture and rural economy in Shanxi Province and promote agricultural modernization.This article started from the basic meaning of agricultural information and elaborating the elements of agricultural informationization and technical support system comprehensively and systematic. All agricultural informationization development present situation of home and abroad are analyzed in this article. What’s more, the problems of agricultural informatization in our country was also stated. Therefore, we analyzed the present situation and existing problems of agricultural informatization in Shanxi Province in the third chapter of this article. Even agricultural informatization had been obtained huge progress, but a series of problems were also existed. All parts of Shanxi province had recognized the importance of agricultural information in agricultural production. However, it is restricted by agricultural operating management and rural economy, the service-mechanism is not perfect. Therefore, we discussed agricultural information service system construction for Shanxi Province in the fourth chapter. Finally we put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to accelerate the development of agricultural informatization in Shanxi Province. In this paper, we present the agricultural informatization service mode from the supplying of "source" to the requiring of "bank", coupled with the "transport organization" from the "source" to the "bank":"source" is able to provide agricultural information department, including scientific research institutes, radio stations in Shanxi Province, news press, agricultural departments at all levels, the villages and towns agricultural technology extending stations and so on, which provide the source of agricultural information."bank" is the demander of agricultural information, including farmers, agricultural enterprises and so on. Agricultural information from the "source" to the "bank" needs a series of "transport organization", which requires all departments cooperating with each other for the mechanism of agricultural informationization operating coordinately. All levels of governments play the main role in the process. The main body of agriculture information construction need cooperate each other, play its own special features and advantages and actively put into the agricultural information service system, it can make the development of agricultural informatization in shanxi province reach a new stage.
