Empirical Study On Effect Of Basic Staff Execution To Dynamic Capabilities

Dynamic capabilities theory help enterprises to build their own dynamiccapability in the market changed dynamically through overcoming constraints of rigidcore and building capacity adapting environmental changes, which encouragesenterprises to obtain new innovative competitive advantage which could adaptchanges of external environment, thus enterprises could achieve the sustainabledevelopment. The basic staff is the specific actors of corporate strategy, so there is anecessary to discuss the relationship between execution of enterprise-level employeesand dynamic capability, and analysis how the basic staff execution has an impact ondynamic capability. Which not only help to enrich and develop the theoretical systemof dynamic capability and execution, but also give a reality guiding to enterprise thatobtain dynamic capability by improving the execution of grass-roots employees.In this paper, we get our data through questionnaire survey: the pretestinspection and large sample questionnaire survey. After validating the validity andreliability of the measurement, we establish the measurement of dynamic capabilityand the basic staff execution. Then we take the manufacturing enterprises in China asthe sample, use structural equation modeling analysis our data that comes from thequestionnaire survey to research how the basic staff execution has an impact ondynamic capability. Our study shows that, the basic staff execution have a significantpositive impact on the dynamic capability; all of its four dimensions: working attitude,working preference, working capability and organizational management, have asignificant positive impact on the dynamic capability. The results also show that theeffects of the dimensions of basic staff execution are different.
