| Abstract:The assembly and test of semiconductor integrated circuit (SIC) plays an important role in the whole industry chain, as the last step of the whole integrated circuit production. With the economic development and technology improvement, there lies both chance and challenges for domestic semiconductor assembly and test venture, the key point is the feasibility research on the SIC assembly and test.This article is the feasibility research on the SIC assembly and test of Wuxi Industry Development Corp. using the combined methods of theoretical analysis and case study, quantitative and qualitative analysis.The first portion, the study of supplementary/demand and competition situation, using the theory method of project feasibility, joint with the fact research for development situation, operation situation and the project’s basic situation of the SIC assembly and test ventures.The second portion, detailed engineering design of this project. This portion mainly discusses the feasibility of the overall technology, from following points:construction seal, product technical solution, plant location selection, equipment plan and assist engineering plan, etc..The last portion is financial feasibility. We analysis the investment estimate, fund raising, economic efficiency of this project, gives some means of protection against the uncertainty and risks of this project.This article has great practical significance on following aspects: Standardize assembly and test project management, improvement on Wuxi Industrial Improvement Corp’s economic efficiency, decrease resource waste, optimization environment. At mean time, it also has reference significance for related ventures’assembly and test project feasibility study. |
