Compared with the procurement of common materials, metro vehicle procurement has certain particularities because of its large scale and amount and the constraint of70%localization rate. According to the particularities of procurement bidding management system of metro vehicle in CS Metro Company, this paper deeply analyze the current situation of its vehicle procurement bidding system. Specifically we analyze the price marking scheme, bidding mode and some key issues in the process of bidding. And then we put forward some optimized design scheme. Besides, a series of supporting measures are also put forward from such aspects as the management of the project participants in suppliers, management of subcontractor in suppliers, control and guarantee of delivery schedule, management of contract changes and management of complaints, and so on.
