The21Century is the new era of rapid development of economic globalization, under the tide of globalization, the economic and trade contact between two countries is getting much closer and more dependent mutually. The economic globalization urged the market globalization and production globalization. All these changes brought opportunities and challenges for enterprises, meanwhile. In face of fierce global competition, it is a difficult problem for the automobile industry in the developing countries, which to hold the opportunities and confront the challenges.Accompanied with the development of economic globalization and the open of our domestic market, our automobile industry got the prosperous scene, even if in the condition of late development and lack comparative advantages in capital and technology. The reason is that our automobile companies realized one fact, which the company who allocated resources in domestic market could not compete with the one in global market. So,taking part in the process of globalization, promoting the vehicle export project, searching wide space in international market, has became the inevitable choice of our automobile companies in post-WTO era.But it is not a piece of cake for occupying the share of international market, even if for our automobile companies which lacked innate advantages. The environment in domestic market and international market varied highly. The level of economic, the culture background, the consumers’preference and consumption idea for automobile varied in different countries. Furthermore, the relationship of politic and economic between different countries changed frequently. All these factors would become the risk factors of our vehicle export project at any time. Thus, our automobile companies should realize these potential risk factors, and escape these risks by reasonable choice, when running the vehicle export project. It needed our automobile companies planning carefully, and analyzing the international market,such as:politic environment, cultural environment, economic environment and so on, before running the vehicle export project. Only to do this, we could understand market of host country, and then adjust our marketing strategies, cater to host country market, construct our own brand images, the finally win the competitive advantages. Therefore, the analysis to the market environment of host country is very important to our vehicle export project.From the view of industry, this article has analyzed the influence factors of our vehicle export project deeply. In the process of composing, I have emphasized the combination of theories and project, as well as the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. This paper searched for the key influence factors of our vehicle export project of the item of host countries. For carrying on our point, this article consisted of five parts. The first part mainly introduced the purpose, the means, and the methods and so on. The second part of this essay, we introduced and remarked relevant literatures on our vehicle export project. And the third part mainly consisted of qualitative analysis. We firstly introduced the status of our vehicle export project. And then, we researched the strong points, weak points, opportunities and threaten of our vehicle project, by SWOT, from the view of qualitative analysis. The fourth part has done a empirical analysis. We picked up the relevant data from2002to2012of the top twenty countries of our vehicle export project as sample. On the basis of diamond model and gravity model, we constructed a multiple linear regression model for quantitative analyzing by the software of STATA11.0. And then we got the key influence factors of our vehicle export project from the item of host country. All these factors could become the risk factors for our vehicle export project. In the last part of this essay, we made a conclusion, gave some relevant suggestions for our vehicle export project. And then, we concluded the deficiencies of my essay, as well as proposed some suggestion for future research.The main purpose of this article is to search the key influence factors for our vehicle export project in national terms, and estimate the influence degree for risk, by combining with quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis. Then we could sum up successful experiences and failures. It is very useful for the smoothly running of our vehicle export project, export expansion, accelerating the pace of international process, and enhancing international competitive advantages.
