Companies have been evidently competing for human resources in the age ofknowledge Economy for high-quality talents could win the opportunities of rapiddevelopment and build their competitive advantages,who are cultivated by excellenttraining that is the most useful investment,which has been commonlyrealized.Domestic high-tech private companies have began to emphasis on the trainingof staff when facing fierce competition but the effect of which is less reliable for lackingof scientific and rational training system.How to set up efficient training system toimprove their core competitiveness is regarded as the most important issue by thedomestic high-tech private companies.This paper made domestic high-tech private companies. Jinsheng as researchobject.Under the guidance of the staff training theory of modern company, the authorhas taken systematic analysis and research basing on the situation of training ofJinsheng by Literature Analysis Method,Case study method,UnstructuredInterview,Questionnaire Survey,System Analysis Method and so on and has pointed outthe problems and the causes of its current training as well as the urgency of building ascientific, comprehensive training system.A closed-loop training system has beendesigned which concludes demand analysis,program planing,organization andimplementation,assessment on the basis of the theory of Training System Model andtraining practices of Jinsheng,which is conductive to achieve Development Strategyand help staff to manage career planning and finally have a "win-win"between companyand staff.Meanwhile,supporting measures concluding improving training system,themanagement of training file,staff career management,promoting the establishment of theframework of training management committee,company culture,leaning organization,increasing training investment,connecting training with the other parts of humanresource and cultivating more excellent internal training instructors would make itpossible to implement training planing effectively and keep stability and growth.The training system written in this paper has strong pertinence, operability andsystematic,so it can effectively solve current training problems of JinSheng and instructtraining and obtain the key competitive advantage,which also provide significantlyreferences for domestic high-tech private company to construct training system.
