Evaluation Of Textile Industry Security In China

Under the background of economic globalization, China’s textile industry is facing greater competitive international pressures, especially influenced by the weakness of the international market and demand. Given rising domestic production costs, the continuous appreciation of RMB, the continuous improvement requirements of energy conservation and eliminating backward production capacity, China’s textile industry has been under increasing security threats, and the security issues of the textile industry has become the core of our national economic development issues.In this paper, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis method are combined to construct a safety evaluation index system of China’s textile industry, which select14second evaluation index, and use time series to predict the index from2013to2017basing the index from1997to2012. In order to make the index weight reflect the characteristics of the textile industry better, the paper calculates the weight of the textile industry with principal component analysis basing14indicators of21years and calculates each index score by setting alarm limits range to security status and its evaluation of textile Industry. Finally, safety score of China’s textile industry over the years are given through comprehensive evaluation model. In order to better reflect the characteristics of the index weight of the textile industry, the paper based on14indicators of21years of data, using principal component analysis to calculate the weight of the textile industry’s heavy. Security status of the textile industry through various evaluation set alarm limits range calculated for each index score and passed comprehensive evaluation model to calculate the calendar year, China’s textile industry safety score. The results of the textile industry safety empirical studies show that China’s textile industry over the years is in the "basic security" state. However since2012, the security of textile industry is into a downward trend, in terms of the falling of international competitiveness and industrial control. According to the findings, the maintaining safety measures of China’s textile industry include:improving the domestic environment, accelerating the innovation, adjusting the export structure, strengthening national capital control and so on.
