The failure of low-rent housing withdrawal will result in the decrease of housing supply, financing problems for low-rent industry, and social unfairness.The stimulate mechanism of exit channel in low-rent housing is deemed as the most vital research object in the way of citing the Mechanism Design Theory and analyzing the temporary policy in order to make up the flaws in the system.The essay is based on the percentage of the term of dwelling and market rent as motive expenses,which stimulate the renter whose revenue comply with the standard posting by government realize their the maximum utility,at same time, quit the low-rent housing realizing the win-win situation between the government and renter.
