Research On The Partner Selection Of Supply Chain For Radical Technology Innovation

:The market competition is more and more fierce at present, and the competition pattern also rises from competition between enterprise and enterprise into the competition between supply chain and supply chain. In today’s international market, lots of cases show that enterprises couldn’t develop their own core competitiveness unless they innovate on the disruptive technology. However, one single enterprise is not able to get all the resources and technologies for the radical technology innovation. That’s to say, to look for a partner is the trend of the times on the way to radical technology innovation.This article combines supply chain management with radical technology innovation, and studies on the suitable partner selection of supply chain for radical technology innovation. This article developed a model for the partner selection following the three phase method (evaluation index system, pre-classification, final selection) on the basis of reviewing massive literature. Firstly, the author came up with the indexes for the mass-selection through analyzing the influence factors of relative literatures on the radical technology innovation, and built the evaluation index system by applying membership degree analysis、factor analysis、AHP and resource constraints. Secondly, this article classed the candidate partners into four classes applying the cluster analysis and the Kraljic’s famous disaggregated model, to improve the efficiency of the final decision. In the end, the article counted the final score of every candidate under the above evaluation index system and the every index’s weight function got by AHP, then combining the value of the evaluation object itself, and selected the best partner.By combining classical instances, this article shows that each phase method and the model can be well applied to the real business decisions, and the model of partner selection of supply chain based on radical technology innovation has practical significance.
