Abstract.Taking FedEx Shenzhen Branch for the study, in the hope that through the issues and their development status of the development process of China’s logistics industry and FedEx Express Shenzhen branch, there is an in-depth analysis, be able to find companies that are in reality problems encountered, such as:market share, and find ways to solve problems. Analytical methods used in the article are:one, SWOT analysis method, FedEx Shenzhen Company’s external and internal environment in which to make a detailed analysis, combined with the influence of external factors, domestic political, economic, and FedEx have internally the advantages and disadvantages of a detailed analysis. Two, QSPM matrix analysis method, the analysis of the critical factors in the development strategy drawn FedEx Corporation, Shenzhen Branch used for strategic growth and diversification of the combination (SO strategy). By analyzing the results, the company should be made to implement the recommendations from the localization of specific operations, training, integration services, marketing and other aspects. Through the study of this article, Shenzhen Branch FedEx can provide a reference for the country’s development strategy, but also can provide some reference value and reference for the development of the domestic express logistics industry.
