Research On The Bussiness Model Of Capvision Ltd.based Value Chain

Nowdays, the competition between coroperations is upgrade fromproductions to business model. In the purpose of takeing the leading role incompetition, Coroperations research fittable business model by many ways. Andexperience could be learnt in many cases. The basement of evaluation of businessmoedel is still the willing and strategic foresight of managent committes, but themost wortable methods usually come from the specialists in operating positioninside companies. As the employee are the main part of any business model andthe business model which is appropriate to employee is usually appropriate tocoroperation, the business model should be focus on how to maximum theirwizard and creative abilities.In this dissertation, the author takes his company, CAPVISION, for example,analysing the internal and external reasons of reforming their business model.Through the point view of value chain, the author analyses and evaluate thebusiness model of CAPVISION. Through analyzing reasons and principles ofreforming acvtivates in value chain, comparing ability to profiting before andafter business model reforming to verify the resualt of reforming business model.In the dissertation, the processes of starting the reform of business model withoperating employee, the supporting of information system to business model andbusiness creative activiates are researched deeply. Though this research, theexperience and factors could be concluded, and all these conclusions are valuablefor CAPVISION and other companies in therortical basis and systematizateconclusion.
