At present, in order to want to get advantage in the modern market economy,the whole quality of the enterprise itself is particularly important under thebackground of increasingly fierce domestic market competition. The quality ofthe enterprise is the quality of employees. Most enterprises have realized that,and set up itself measurement system. But, lots of company’s evaluation systemis not perfect, and its assessment analysis work is weak. So, the evaluation resultsare lack of convincing, which have little effect in promoting the competitivenessof the enterprise overall cohesion. Because of that, researching on the staffperformance measurement is very important for enterprises. Reasonable andeffective performance measurement system, which can improve the quality ofexisting staff, create a good working atmosphere, retain talent for the enterprise,and reduce the invalid cost, is of positive significance.This thesis, that take ZJZM group company as the research object, explorehow to use the assessment technique to improve the company’s human resourcesmanagement. According to the historical situation and the development of itsown characteristics, ZJZM company set up his own performance measurementsystem, but, the system, which pay much attention to operating performancemeasurement and make light of staff performance measurement, let ZJZMmeasurement of the performance for the company have not achieve its purpose.The paper, using the KPI principle, divide ZJZM company employeeperformance measurement indicators into level indicators and secondaryindicators, through the360-degree performance evaluation principle, determinebusiness staff and management staff’s evaluation subject, and using AHP method,calculate the weight of each level indicators and secondary indicators, as well asthe weight of each evaluation subject. According to the above theory and method,the paper rebuild ZJZM’s measurement index system, which accord with the ZJZM’s actual situation, and test different types of employees contrary to thecompany. At last, the article put forward lots of safeguard measures ofmeasurement system.ZJZM Staff measurement system is built in this article, which, suitable forcompany performance evaluation work. The staff performance evaluation system,not only make up for the deficiency of the assessment of the company staff, alsoprovides the reference for the company’s parent company and the similar brothersenterprise.
