Research On The Strategic Planning Of Ly Corporation Based On The Stakeholder Theory

Stakeholder Theory is an important theory to affect the Business Management, which was proposed byFreeman. These years, many scholars and entrepreneurs focus on the Stakeholder Theory that playsimportant roles on the process of enterprise operation and management. This theory attaches importance toinvestment and participants, which is different from the traditional theories. The Stakeholder Theorypursues maximizing the overall interests of enterprises, rather than the interst of some subjectivities.Stakeholder devotes considerable wisdom and strength to make sure the enterprises to survive and develop,and Scatteres enterprise operating pressure and risks. Therefore, enterprises should consider the valuecreated by stakeholders and give humanities concern to the stakeholders, when the enterprises makebusiness decisions. In addition, enterprises should pay attention to the influence made by the stakeholdersduring the process of making enterprise strategy planning.This thesis combines the Stakeholder Theorywith the development strategy planning of LY Flowers and Trees Company to avoid simple text analysis.We should take account of the interest of stakeholders to make the enterprise onto the road of a virtuouscycle to achieve a higher development goals, when maxmizing Maximizing shareholder’s value.This paper teases the stakeholder theory systematically, explains the important factors and evolutionprocess of the stakeholder theory. On the basis of the normative analysis method, and the research methodsof literature analysis, case analysis, etc, and according to the SWOT analysis method, the paper analyzesthe products and market segments of the LY flowers and trees, and highlightes the effects in the currentbusiness activities by various stakeholders and their influences in the enterprise strategic planning in thefuture. Combined with the company’s actual situation, the paper proposes feasible Strategic Planning andimprovement strategy of enterprise stakeholders, in order to illustrate the stakeholder theory effectively,and hopes the stakeholder theory can guide longyuan flowers and trees to the company’s management anddevelopment as well.
