Study On The Responsibility Cost Control Of CJ Construction Enterprise Project

The rapid development of the construction industry in our country driven by thedevelopment of our economy since reform and opening up, at the same time, The popularityof urbanization construction makes the building construction enterprises faced withopportunity as well as the challenge. Competition in the construction industry makes thewhole industry has entered a time of cost control. Only when the construction enterprises costcontrol to lower cost can be a foothold in the industry. This paper studies the constructionenterprise cost control According to the principle of “who is responsible, who is in charge”.Reasonable and effective cost control has realistic significance to improve the efficiency ofconstruction enterprises and enhance the competitive power of construction enterprises.This paper based on domestic and foreign relevant research,using a combination oftheory and practice to study. This paper analyzes the development status and problems of CJconstruction enterprise, divided the XC project of CJ construction enterprise into three stagesaccording to the time sequence: the construction preparation stage, during the constructionstage, end of construction stage to responsibility cost control. In the preparation stage ofconstruction, using value engineering to Optimize Construction scheme, Setting up acomplete system of responsibility cost control mechanism and responsibility centerdivision,then the responsibility cost budget. During the construction stage, responsibility costaccounting regularly, using the earned value method to responsibility cost analysis,andputting forward the concrete responsibility cost control method. At the end of constructionstage, using the method of point rating to check cashing, implementing concrete rewards andpunishments of each responsibility center.
