Scholars’s research on virtual economy rise from the Asian financial crisis in1997. Virtualeconomy was produced from the real economy and its development has brought newopportunities and challenges of the real economy. Virtual economy and real economy constitutethe modern economic operation system, and they dependent with each other as the "two legs" ofeconomic system.With economic globalization’s deeper level of integration, national financial deepening andfinancial liberalization promote to the depth, and the size of the virtual economy recently has farexceeded the real economy. Virtual economy effects on the real economy in "two sides ", on onehand, the development of appropriate entities to promote economic development; on the otherhand, excessive inflation will cause a huge negative impact on entity economy. The documentwhcih is issued by the general office of the state council,"about financial support transformationand upgrading of economic structure adjustment and the guidance ", cleary requists that thepurpose of development of virtual economy is in order to service the real economy. Thepurpose of this study is making some policy suggestions on serveing the real economy for thevirtual economy based on research of the relationship between virtual economy and realeconomy interactive development.This paper makes a comb through reviewing the literature and the research of foreignscholars on the virtual economy and real economic relations. Secondly, by analyzing therelationship between virtual economy and real economy in theory, this paper makes a point thatthe real economy is the foundation of the virtual economy, and the balance development betweenthe two can promote each other, but it will have a negative impact on each other if there isexcessive deviation between them. Thirdly, through studying on whether Chinese stock marketviolates the real economy on the empirical condition and the development of virtual economy inChina, the results show that virtual economy in our country is still in the growth period and thedevelopment potential is tremendous, what’s more, Chinese stock market does not deviate fromthe real economy and it shows a long-run equilibrium relationship. Finally, this paper putsforward some policy suggestions on serving our virtual economy entity economy.
