The Study On The Promotion Problem Of The Competitiveness Of Guangxi Qinzhou Free Trade Port Area

With the gradual deepening of China’s reform and opening up, China’s development centre of gravity from the eastern coastal to the inland and western underdeveloped regions. Particularly active in promoting China’s establishment of a political and economic environment of the ASEAN free trade area country, Qinzhou is facing the hitherto unknown development opportunity. In2008, Qinzhou port has been approved to be in southwest of China, only one port bonded port area, since this year, the state has introduced a number of major programmatic document to promote the development of Guangxi and the support policy.Ushered in a hitherto unknown development opportunity at the same time, Qinzhou is also fecing the huge challenge. Although recognized as China’s southern region is one of the few deep-water port, with the advantages of the vast hinterland, but more or Qinzhou and hinterland economy is backward, inadequate infrastructure, regional memory in a plurality of competitors and other unfavorable factors. Therefore, how to seize the current opportunity, in support of the country background, using the existing special preferential policies, a high starting point, high standard, leapfrog construction of Qinzhou bonded port, is the core problem to be solved.Based on the Qinzhou port development status and existing problems of analysis, combined with the theory of competitive strategy on the basis of classical, main problems in the analysis of the main countermeasures were put forward to enhance the competitiveness of Qinzhou bonded port. The article is divided into five parts:the first part is the introduction, mainly introduces the research background, purpose, significance and content; the second part for the bonded port development and competitiveness theory, through theoretical analysis, which can provide the basis for in-depth analysis of the current situation of Guangxi; third part of the analysis of Qinzhou bonded port development, through analysis of the status quo can provide a basis for the solution of the problem; fourth part of the analysis of the Guangxi Qinzhou bonded port development and external environment; the fifth part is the study on the strategies of improving the competitiveness of Guangxi Qinzhou bonded port.
