| As we all know, technology innovation and talent is the two most valuable resource of enterprise management. The only way for enterprise to grasp the initiative in competition is through an effective combination of these two resources. As the core technology innovation organization of the enterprise, the R&D Center has an important mission of providing scientific and technological innovation for business development, of which the R&D talents’ function is the key to achieve this goal.The building product enterprise is a kind of production enterprises which keep meeting the market demand for building and provide customers with construction products. Like many other enterprises, the R&D center of this kind of enterprise remains in a very low R&D efficiency and industrialization success rate of R&D results, and the R&D projects are always confronted with a series of problems such as lack of talent, talents used unreasonable, lack of talent role play and hard to keep useful talents. Thus, consider about the actual needs of the building product enterprise’s business development, the author take the organizing strategies of project R&D talents as the subject investigated, intend to explore a more effective method of the project R&D talents organization construction of the R&D center, then build highly efficient scientific research and innovation organization, in order to help the enterprise out of trouble.Based on related literature and data of domestic and foreign, the paper start from the project R&D’s main workflow of the building product enterprise’s R&D center, research approaches of literature survey, investigation, induction and SWOT analysis have also been used to analyze the corresponding talent demand and selection criteria, then the project R&D Talents’ organizing model and motivation model, in order to find out the affecting key factors and the best conditions of a successful project R&D talents organization construction by which to form a set of solutions with "Project R&D Talents Combination Innovation Mode" as the core,"Options Interests and Share-based Incentive Bonus Innovation Mode" for the protection, and by applying the solution to the R&D Center of QL New Material Technology Co., Ltd.(referred to as QL Company), which has proven its feasibility and significant practical effect.Conclusions:Based on the depth and system research of project R&D talents’ organizing strategies in Building Product Enterprise’s R&D Center, and combined with the research results’ implementation in an enterprise instance and analyze its effects, the author establishes a set of solutions with practical value to the project R&D talents organization construction of the Building Product Enterprise’s R&D Center, but also provides a reference enterprise case for the other same industry enterprise’s R&D Center. |
