The Research On The Utilization Of Medical Service In Helingeer Under The NRCMIS

China has carried out the new rural cooperative medical insurance system(NRCMIS) from2003in the experimental units of rural region, and this system covered the whole rural region in2008. The NRCMIS has been the main medical treatment insurance form. The aim of NRCMIS is to solve the problems of difficulty and cost in treatment for peasants, improving the health level.However, this objective not only depends on the injection of medical resources, but also on the utilization of medical services. To the rural residents that occupay half of our country, whether effective utilization of medical services or not affectes the health level and living quality immediately.This paper treats the medical expenses as the final results of utilization in medical services for farmers. It uses new rural cooperative medical statistics report from the year of2007to2011in Helingeer for statistics analysis to study the impact of utilization in medical services for farmers. At the same time, by anayzing the Helingeer farmers’s satisfaction evaluation with the new rural cooperative medical care system, the writer of this thesis paper aims to assess the level of service implementation effect of NRCMIS form the perspective of demand, and finally to explore further ways of improvement concerning the NRCMIS.
