| As to the new project of sewage treatment plant, if it is lack of understanding of wastewater treatment equipment, the selection of equipment is unreasonable and the prices of equipment procurement are high, project investment cannot be controlled efficiently. As a consequence, it will be a waste of limited funds; or the device does not function properly, which can influent the effects of sewage treatment and discharge standards. In addition, the high cost of maintenance will make the cost of operation increase even allow the project cannot work. This paper took HePu sewage treatment plant as an example, focused on engineering practice to explore a workable plan of the selection of sewage treatment plant equipment and optimized configuration and solutions, which ultimately achieve goals of saving wastewater treatment project investment, ensuring the normal operation of the sewage treatment plant, reducing operating costs and maximizing the effects of fund.This paper seized the main equipment of sewage treatment plant to carry out the relevant work. Through methods of investigation, market research, and comprehensive understanding of market basic situation of domestic sewage treatment equipment in the process of equipment purchase. Based on research work, these papers draw the conclusions as follows:(1)The principle of equipment selection:meeting or exceeding the requirements of design; having enough successful application engineering performance; equipment total investment must be controlled within the budget.(2) The main methods of configuration optimization:①If the similar domestic equipment cannot meet the use demand then imported equipment should be chosen. In the meantime, energy consumption and low failure rate should be ensured to effectively reduce the sewage treatment cost; At home we should have a perfect technical and after-sales service system to maintenance low cost and convenience.②If domestic equipment has been able to meet the requirements, then domestically made equipment should be chosen, especially the equipment which has more successful application engineering performance, low failure rate, power consumption, high service life, etc.Choosing domestic equipment prior:the improved equipment with mature technology; the main fittings adopt international brand of advanced equipment. Core technology is imported; equipment from the sino-foreign joint venture.③As to the key equipment in the bad operation conditions environment of long-term operation, high power consumption, we should choose the brand with advanced technology. As to equipment of Intermittent and low frequency use, we should choose cheap domestic equipment, in order to reduce equipment investment.④Equipment materials should be chosen corrosion resistant material.(3) From the four aspects of dividing reasonable blocks, expressing purpose of detailed and real equipment procurement, requiring the specific requirements of the equipment technology, setting up reasonable bidding price control and targeted approach to improve the equipment procurement bidding.The results of the bidding of Hepu sewage treatment plant project and three years of operation indicated that the selection of equipment, optimization of configuration and the method of procurement bidding are very successful. It cost3.3562million Yuan less than estimate saving equipment investment of the project because of selecting the optima equipment. The whole project saved investment about15million Yuan. The plant operated stable and processing of waste water is far superior to water discharge standards. Tons of water treatment cost only about0.28Yuan (without interest). Moreover, That is to achieve the normal operation of the first year of the project. |
