Secondly review the supplier selection and evaluation of relevant theory. Theexisting RQ company again, analyzes the present status of purchasing management andsupplier selection, and points out the lean management request of RQ company supplierselection problems. Finally combines lean management concept, from the selection index,selection method, the selection process from several aspects such as making a series ofmethods for optimization of RQ company supplier selection.
