Preliminary Study On Rural Tourism Development Planning Theory And Practice

The Party Central Committee, the State Council issued in2014, the centraldocument No.1once again sounded the clarion call for deepening the reform of rural.Rural tourism is able to promote the process of agricultural modernization, ruralindustry structure adjustment, boost the integration of urban and rural areas, ensure thatthe farmers share the fruits of the reform of the weapon, also indicates the national willset off a new round of rural tourism development climax. In recent years, with thedevelopment of rural tourism development like a raging fire, beautiful villageconstruction is ready, the sustainable development of rural tourism is becomingincreasingly prominent, the lack of large scale rural tourism development planningstudy will boost the development of rural tourism planning research upsurge.This paper was excavating rural cultural connotation combined with the researchon the theory and content of planning tourism development planning based on theresearch of rural tourism planning. Taking promotion of regional tourism developmentas the core,promotion of the regional rural development as the fundamental purpose,comprehensiveness and specificity as the principle.We constructed the theoreticalsystem of rural tourism development planning from the aspects of conceptualanalysis,theoretical analysis, methods analysis,content analysis. With the development of ruraltourism planning in Chongqing city as an example, the theoretical system of ruraltourism developmentplanning isthe practice analysis.Constitutes the overall architectureof this article from’rural tourismdevelopment concept plan--planning theory--researchplanning methods--plan content research--planning practice confirms’.Concept study werediscussed in depth from parts of the concept of rural tourism,rural tourism, tourism development planning, rural tourism development planningterms.Thenthe similarities and differences betweenrural tourism developingplanning,tourism developingplanning and rural tourism master plan have beendiscriminated. The theoretical study was divided into three parts oftheoretical foundation, basictheory, core theoretical categories which wereinvolved with rural tourism developmentplan, The three aspects were analyized from views of the macro,meso and microperspective on rural tourism development plan supported by the theory analysisrespectively.Methods for rural tourism development planning research was started from twoparts of preparation methods and content.Part of the content study follows the general rule in tourism planning and wasbased on tourism development plan content requirements,on above basis,rural tourismspecial meaning and requirements were integrated, ideas innovative, build uniquecontent planning system of rural tourism development planning.This paper seek forfurther analysis of rural tourism development plan contents from basic content analysis,strategy and development layout, protect and supportingplan.Case practice section takes Chongqing Rural Tourism Development Plan as anexample, the theoretical system of rural tourism development planning was carried outpractice analysis,and discusses the application of theoretical system in practice.Finally, the author of the inadequacies of this study were appropriate fordiscussion.
