| With the increasingly fierce market competition, construction enterprises can ornot remain invincible in the market competition, the key lies in the enterprise canprovide high quality, short construction period, low cost building products for thesociety; and the construction project can obtain greater economic benefits, the keylies in its cost; construction project cost and loss depends largely on the level of costmanagement.Responsibility cost management is an important part of construction project costmanagement, is a way to reduce cost, improve efficiency and effective managementmeans, is to improve the market competitiveness of enterprises an important way torealize the enterprise, rolling development. Therefore, the responsibility ofconstruction project cost management is the core of cost management of constructionproject and management of construction enterprise.This paper first defines the responsibility cost of construction project cost,construction project, and discusses the difference and connection between the two andthe two and the cost of the construction enterprise, the construction drawing budget,and the responsibility cost management of construction project as well as the basicprinciples of management content, management procedures are analyzed; secondly,construction study project responsibility cost management system; third, aconstruction project was studied in practice of responsibility cost management; fourth,analyzed the construction project cost management in the existing problems, and putsforward some countermeasures for improving management level of constructionproject responsibility cost.Generally speaking, the effectiveness of responsibility cost management ofconstruction project mainly depends on two aspects: first, the "management byobjectives (PDCA cycle or dynamic control)" method of responsibility cost control;second, the management cost is the main way to increase revenue and reduceexpenditure.
