With the constantly changing of market economy environment, the supply and demand of power market also changes, then customers are increasingly demanding for the quality of service. Therefore, the customer management concept and customer relationship management of power company needs to be improved urgently.This paper firstly states the background, purpose, significance, relevant theories and research of the topic, then analyzes the current status and existing problems of YB Power Company. And based on the application of customer relationship management related theory, for YB power company’s customer relationship management (CRM) system conduct overall planning and design, put forward the design scheme and discuss some existing problems of the application about CRM system. Hope that through the construction of CRM system to improve the customer service level and customer experience of YB Power Company, reduce the electricity recovery risks and thus improve enterprise performance.
