More and more important and the change of the market environment and theincreasingly complex and changeable in contemporary society is becoming, the survival anddevelopment of enterprise marketing, as the dominant power in the similar enterprises in the Tcompany can’t continue to rely on the marketing department in the traditional business activities.Marketing work need to do "turn every man into a soldier".This paper analyzes the necessity of T company marketing strategy from the theory, analysesthe present situation of T company, its internal advantages and disadvantages, external opportunitiesand threats, it discusses T company in the future work methods or means.T companies to change the marketing problems just as the specific business marketing concept,the marketing problems in the long-term development of the company’s strategic plan carefully. Texecutives should start with the correct positioning of target market, serious face similar products,competition is becoming increasingly fierce, business channels increasingly diverse reality,implements the product differentiation strategy, business marketing strategy, multi-channelcompetitors competing cooperation strategy and the overseas market development strategy. In theprocess of implementation of the programme of marketing strategy of the company, to take furthermeasures, continuously improve the market development department, give full play to the role of theDepartment of technology development, strengthening quality management center functions,enhance the manufacturing technology innovation and product development capabilities, furtherconsolidate the dominant position in the competition of T company.
