Staff satisfaction research began in the1930s, in the late20th century, the concept of employees and capital values series of changes, thus resulting in employee satisfaction research gradually. Foreign scholars and their impact on the composition of elements of employee satisfaction conducted in-depth research, its assessment methods and tools to use with further research continues to mature. But foreign evaluation system and tools with the typical features of Western culture, and cultural differences between the East lead to poor adaptability of enterprises. Meanwhile, empirical studies on different sectors of the country because of their professionalism and satisfaction of particularity, there is no one for the tobacco industry employee satisfaction evaluation systems and tools, and employee satisfaction survey results of the analysis, diagnosis, demonstration and research to improve small areas, so the use of employee satisfaction evaluation system for guiding role and management of enterprise management maturity improvement is limited. In this paper, starting from the concept of employee satisfaction, employee satisfaction evaluation method compares representative, and finally form the basis of theoretical analysis and evaluation of the model system consisting of two major employee satisfaction evaluation system. Basic theoretical model of the system is divided into T3M questionnaires, data analysis of key indicators, evaluation reports of the three sections. EXCEL evaluation and analysis model for the carrier, complete the system model to calculate key indicators editing process, achieved through the introduction of the original questionnaire data, automatic generation of key indicators results. All involved in the evaluation report all data, tables, graphs can be invoked directly in the EXCEL model. This paper is the evaluation of tobacco manufacturing companies to explore and innovative employee satisfaction, employee satisfaction evaluation is to expand the application of empirical research, the research paper on the author’s work on the development of the unit has a guiding value for other state-owned enterprise employee satisfaction evaluation has certain reference value and reference.
