| In today’s era, energy is an important force in the survival and development among countries and regions. From the initial, people depend on coal resources, and then focus on the exploitation of more efficient resources, such as oil and gas, and now to increasing the proportion of the renewable and clean energy use. Energy always has a multi-attribute. The exchanges of political, economic and cultural among regions often make energy as the media, so a range of issues related to energy determines the security and stability of the specific international regions.This paper consists of five parts:in the first part, on the basis of the topics of the paper’s significance, background and purpose, by collecting and analyzing the scholars’ different perspectives and methods of research on energy cooperation issues, making the conclusion of using the System Dynamics to researching the international regional energy cooperation is reasonable. The second part is the basic theory and methods in this paper to provide theoretical support for the writing of the article. In the third part, through the study of the characteristics and properties of the Northeast Asia region’ characteristics and properties to find out the key factors in affecting the regional energy cooperation and to get the factors of correlation in using the ISM. The fourth part is the core of this article, on the base of setting the conditions of system model by identifying variables and system dynamics equations to build system dynamics model. In the fifth part is the empirical part of the paper, making the collected raw data which is related to the Northeast Asia into the model to find out the core variables, and then setting up suggestions and countermeasures to make the energy cooperation in Northeast Asia toward the healthy and orderly development. |
