The New Rural Social Pension Insurance Experience Problems And Countermeasures Of Qingdao Chengyang

The implementation of the new rural social pension insurance system to solve thelow-income groups， disadvantaged groups， loss of employment capacity crowd ofsocial security issues and explore new ways of rural endowment of a New Era， can besaid that the work has been walking in the forefront of the province and the country，but in the practical application of the process， the new old-age insurance system thereare still problems of varying degrees. In this paper，the system collate relevant researchresults at home and abroad， to learn from the experience in successful practices of therural pension insurance at home and abroad， and as a research object to ChengyangDistrict，the new rural pension insurance，summarize the specific measures of the areain rural old-age insurance system reform， the practice of the effectiveness ofproblems， compared to the differences between the application program with thenational average level， and put forward development proposals in line with the actualsituation in the region， to provide a reference for the improvement of rural old-ageinsurance system for the rest of the country.
