Abstract/Summary:
Taking small and middle-sized enterprises as the research objects, the paper designsthe corresponding questionnaires and investigates many employees of small andmiddle-sized enterprises in18provinces and cities. Then analyzes the data collectedfrom the investigation by using SPSS20.0. By analyzing all the dimensions of thepsychological contract and the level of contextual performance in the small andmedium-sized enterprise, the main conclusions are as the following: employeepsychological contract and contextual performance have significant positive correlation,and employee psychological contract has distinct function to predict contextualperformance; the transactional and the relational dimension of organizationresponsibility and the developmental and the transactional dimension of employeeresponsibility all have significant positive correlation with contextual performance; therelational dimension of organization responsibility and the developmental and thetransactional dimension of employee responsibility also have distinct function to predictthe intelpersonal promotion dimension of contexual performance;the developmental andthe relational dimension of employee responsibility and the transactional and therelational dimension of organization responsibility have distinct function to predict jobdedication dimension of contextual performance.Exploring the influence ofpsychological contract on the contextual performance can improve the contextualperformance of employees based on the psychological contract management. It also canprovide advice to the human resource management in the small and medium-sizedcompanies, and improve the performance and enhance the competitiveness.
