As the emerging force for development of national economy, the small and medium sizedenterprises has well contributed to the problem of regional economy boosting, adjustment inindustrial structure,technology and product research, and expanding employment opportunities, assoon as they appeared on the stage of market economy. Their growth and development has alsoaroused discussion of government and the community of scholars in recent years. However, due to alate start, small and medium sized enterprises also exhibit some problem, such as environment lag,financing difficulties and weak management. Especially, the lack of high-quality talents contrastswith the swift developing trend. The college graduates, as high quality carriers, have rose a fever ofgetting jobs in small and medium sized enterprises. But behind the high employment rate is shortstay and rapid brain drain.As knowledge workers, College graduates are characterized by high human capital,achievement motivation and liquidity, but also have problem in adapting to new environment andplanning career development. In the times when profound change comes about in employmentrelation, what they pay attention to are different from common employees. So isolated, shallowmotivation ways can’t effect to the special colony. However, the theory of psychological contractcan explain the employees’ action by a inherent mental mechanism of paying and redounding.This paper analyzes the problem based on a three dimensionality model of psychologicalcontract,which is deal, relationship and development, and collects data about the perception inobligation of enterprises and employees by the way of questionnaire survey and interview, then getsthe degree of satisfaction about every dimensionality.By Using a combination of qualitative andquantitative research methods, it analyzes the correlation between turnover intention andpsychological contract, get the reason of high turnover, and put forward some proposal about howto urge talents to stay at last.
