Development Analysis On Silkworm Industry Of Mountainous Area In Yunnan Province

Yunnan province is a mountainous area, and the difficulties, potential and hope of its rapiddevelopment lie in the mountainous areas. Without the rapid development of the mountainous area,there would be no good and fast development of Yunnan province, no the the province’s well-off.Therefore, the mountainous developments played a decisive role in economic and social development ofYunnan province. Sericulture industry is not only the traditional industry but the new industry.Sericulture industry has significant economic and ecological benefit, the ecological model ofdevelopment has been to make it play an important role in the development of sericulture industry inmountainous area, and the ecological development model is a hot topic in mountainous areas. Theproblems about agriculture, rural areas and farmers have always been important research in our country.The combination of three agricultural issues, the mountain development and the development ofsericulture industry would be a new problem.According to new rural construction of the socialism background, the research on the sericultureindustry development of the mountainous area was of great significance. So, this thesis about thesericulture industry of mountainous area in Yunnan province was to proceed from the actual situation inrural areas, the development experience of planting industry and other industry in our province, and alsoreferring to some scholars’ studies from other provinces. Through the SWOT analysis, there was anobjective analysis on the advantage, disadvantage, opportunities and threats of Yunnan sericultureindustry. The empirical analysis of the typical representative showed that the economic benefit of thesericulture industry maturity had large influence on industrial advantage and sericulture technology inYunnan mountainous area. Based on the full use of the advantages of geography and climate conditions,high quality cocoon production bases must be actively created; Bringing the national policy guidanceinto full play, the sericulture industry in Yunnan would have a rapid development. Strengthening thesericulture industry infrastructure construction, further rationalizing the management system,standardizing the order of production and operation, increasing scientific and technological support,supporting the leading enterprises, strengthening the basis construction of sericulture industry,improving the industrial support policy, good industrial planning, rational distribution, the scale andintensive way would helpful to build the industrial cluster and brand culture building. Theimplementation of "going out" strategy and12countermeasures would put forward to raise awareness,clear development ideas and objectives. The publicity guide would motivate the development ofsericulture farmers. Increase investment could improve the overall planning and production conditions.Supporting and cultivating leading enterprises would be beneficial to construction of silk enterprisescluster. Strengthening market supervision would be beneficial to ensuring the healthy and sustainabledevelopment of sericulture industry in mountainous area. The six policy suggestions on thepopularization of new varieties and new technology would be beneficial to continuously improving theyield and quality of mountain sericulture, and providing the reference for the sericulture industrydevelopment in Yunnan mountainous area.
