A Role The Government Plays In The Development Of Leisure Agriculture

From the perspective of government, this paper will analyze the problem of leisure agriculture development based on the domestic and oversea leisure agriculture development front research result. Research shows that the sustainable development of leisure agriculture in China is restricted by the undeveloped ideas, government’s low popularity ratings, acute contradiction in using lands and homogenization of leisure products. This paper extracts and summarizes the role of foreign government in advanced experience of the development in leisure agriculture, which comes up with the regular practice. In the end, connecting with the practical situation, this paper puts forward some relevant suggestions from the angle of standardization of government guidance and the financial support of fiscal.This paper is divided into seven parts, the first part is a brief introduction. On the basis of understanding of international and domestic situation, this paper verifies that the necessity and urgency of government reforms, which we may get the value of this selected topic research. And the conception of defining the power of government, the role of government and the function the government provide theoretical framework for argument. The second part shows that the evolution process of China-West economic roles. After briefly reviewing four processes of changing role in western government and China’s government changing role, this paper concludes historical experience and puts forward the future direction for government reform. The third part analyzes the industrial characteristics of leisure agriculture and by understanding this, part three straighten" what does government need to do". The fourth part and the fifth part describe the general situation of leisure agriculture development, and some practice the government of Quanzhou takes in the development of leisure agriculture and some problems may arise from it. Part six analyzes the government of Quanzhou how to position itself from multiple point of view, and we could get the clue of how government should to and what to do. Part seven is the conclusion of this paper, and gives us the vision of future.
