And also set a reasonable concept standard for Mongolian enterprises according to the standard of quantitative concept and defining range in domestic and overseas.Mongolians have been operating nomadic business from ancient times till now. They graze their livestock on the vast grassland depend on heaven and never formed an advanced and unified business values. The non-public economy from Inner Mongolian area has leapt forward since the policy of reform and opening. The Mongolian enterprises move forward and many outstanding Mongolian entrepreneurs appeared in all walks of life along with this great era. They run business with their own intelligence and hard work and gradually formed the unique style of Mongolian enterprises. This can be considered as the historical new chapter for the development of Mongolian business economics. As the other collective enterprises, Mongolian enterprises were affected by the globalization of markets as well and get ready for modern transition. It’s necessary to do a systematic and detailed research about Mongolian entrepreneurs and the positive development of their business.This essay is going to do a survey and analyze the current situation of molding core value in Mongolian enterprise culture construction and summarize the accomplishments achieved. Meanwhile, find out the existing problems and try to make an attribution analysis with theoretical knowledge of modern enterprise culture management in order to make reasonable, effective and countermeasure suggestions.This essay consists of five parts; first part is introduction that mainly introduced the background, significance, goal, and method of research and the content of literature review. The body consists of four parts.Part two is related to the value of Mongolian national enterprise and its formation mechanism. Some basic theoretical knowledge like the culture of enterprise and core value is introduced at the beginning. Then illustrated the main factors of Mongolian enterprise core value according to the writer’s interview survey result. And then tried to investigate and analyze the formation of Mongolian enterprise core value from the aspects of prairie culture, unique value of Mongolian culture and the background of social transformation.Part three is analyzed the status quo of modern Mongolian enterprise transformation values shape. The first part of the necessity of Mongolian enterprises in the context of China’s modernization transformation of core value shaping launched exploration.
