| The Chinese government has highly concerned to the production and circulationof medicine, control strictly. Sinopharm Hunan Company is a large pharmaceuticaldistribution companies. It is very important to improve the efficiency of thecompany’s pharmaceutical distribution system, reduce distribution costs.Based on systems theory and logistics planning theory, this dissertation identifyproblems in distribution system of Sinopharm Hunan Company: distributioninformation platform dysfunction, pharmaceutical distribution processes and processmonitoring needs to be strengthened, the level of service should be improved,distribution and logistics costs statistics imperfect and so on. From the following fiveaspects to optimize pharmaceutical distribution system of Sinopharm Hunan Company:distribution operations management system, distribution network, distributionfacilities and equipment, distribution process, and distribution of informationtechnology upgrade. According to the following three principles: the principle ofsystem optimization, the principle of efficiency priority, scale integration principles,this dissertation proposed distribution system improvement program implementationstrategy.By this study, the distribution system improvement program for cost savings,efficiency improvement and service quality improvement have a positive effect. |
