This process is the Life Insurance Marketing.Today, the development of China’s life insurance industry is facing a series of changes. Shift from extensive mode of operation refinement, from the traditional way of selling Turning professional, focused point by the products to the customer. This series of transformation and change for the future development of the entire Chinese life insurance industry plays an important transforms cooperate with.In1992, the personal agent system introduced by the AIA China, declared the start of China’s life insurance industry booming, but also the real start of individual life insurance marketing system. For a long period of time, individual life insurance marketing system as the primary method of marketing, to expand our life insurance business and the life insurance company’s profitability has made important contributions. But now, no longer the past glory of the individual agent system, advanced flexible, high income agents qualities gradually fade, replaced by a comprehensive challenges facing the situation, the overall quality of the marketing team fell, blocking the development team, increasing members difficult, low retention, decreased sales and other forms of misleading the level of service are currently ongoing personal agent system healthy development obstacles and barriers. But both the special requirements of the development process from the insurance industry or insurance products, the personal agent system will perpetuate. Under the new situation, cross-industry competition outside of the insurance industry itself, insufficient level of operations and limitations, to continue to maintain a sustained, healthy and stable development of the life insurance industry, insurance reform and improvement of the system of individual agents is inevitable line. Personal agent system as an insurance marketing system in the part of the company’s most wanted, in the next period of time would still be one of the main mode of life insurance marketing, the system is perfect, small to affect a life insurance company’s operating results, as large future development of the entire relationship between the life insurance industry.Based on this purpose, starting from China’s life insurance market, describing the current situation of China’s life insurance company operating a personal life insurance agent marketing model, pointing out a series of questions the existence of agent system, mainly marketing team overall quality is not high, by members of difficulty, retention rate, short-term behavior of the agent is serious, and these problems were analyzed, and the meaning of life insurance marketing innovation and a series of recommendations to improve the system of individual agents.
