Along with the gradual enlargement of e-bank market scale of commercial banks, cheating behaviors aiming at e-bank are coming with this, how to distinguish cheating behaviors from abundant clients’ dealings and dubious behaviors effectively and keep them away becomes research content and object of many commercial banks. In this paper, we try hard discovering and building a practical, operable, matchable input-output model, which we hope can provide ideas and help for exploring e-bank anti-fraud work for small and medium banks in our country. In this paper, we begin with analyzing popular cheating behaviors in current e-bank market, expatiating main cheating modes and characteristics of cheating behaviors puzzling commercial banks, which let readers know and understand current cheating behaviors of e-bank, correspondedly educing the important research object of this paper--anti-fraud of e-bank. Secondly, this paper demonstrates and analyzes the urgency and significance of developing e-bank anti-fraud behaviors for commercial banks from two aspects, combined with current popular anti-fraud model theory in our country, proposing problems that need special attention and solved while building anti-fraud system and applying model theory for commercial banks. What comes next is the key point of this paper, that is on the basis of analyzing anti-fraud behaviors, introducing detailedly and fully two kind of anti-fraud models of e-bank in our country:anti-fraud model based on regulation and anti-fraud model based on clients’ behaviors. Working principles and operating mechanism aiming at two models are fully expatiated, and the practical application of the models are interpreted in the form of case. Both two models’ theory basis are based on the risk exposure of e-bank clients’ behaviors or dealings, whose nature is filtrating abundant clients’ behaviors and dealing data according to fixed rule engine and analyzing criterion. On the basis of analyzing and studying two models, the advantages and disadvantages of two models are demonstrated and analyzed summatively. After comprehensively and fully discussing the operating mechanism of two models in this paper, the practical applications of the models are also selectively analyzed and demonstrated, and the viewpoint of "cross use of two models" as the view of the practical model application is proposed in this paper. The successful cases of model application are cited to sustain the viewpoint of this paper, and the doubtful point, difficulty, obstacle and et al still existed during the model application are summarized and analyzed, whose aim is to help the commercial banks regard the data analysis of abundant clients’ behaviors, the resource share of clients’ information, the system precision adjustment of abundant cheating behaviors and anti-fraud behaviors as the improving direction during the application of anti-fraud models, urging the model plays a better role, helping to construct and tamp the commercial banks’ anti-fraud system. At last, research results are summarized in this paper, and the directions of the model’s application which can be improved and optimized are pointed out, this paper has innovations as below:1. Comparatively study the concept, operating mechanism and good and bad of two popular e-bank anti-fraud model in our current country, bringing forward an e-bank anti-fraud model suit for current small and medium banks.2. Difficulty and defects which are restricting anti-fraud model in practical applications are finally contrasted and analyzed, bringing forward improvements of model application aiming at advancing the effect of practical application.
