Talent is the core of the most competitive resources of the enterprise; employeerelationship management becomes a more and more important problem in humanresources management. Employee turnover rate is high, the labor conflict is becomingincreasingly fierce, and employee relationship management to improve enterprise isreaction.Million industry limited company is Anhui Huaibei a private large businessenterprises. The company developed rapidly, but in recent years, facing high employeeturnover, need to explore the causes of employee turnover from the management, findcountermeasures. The study of employee relations and human resources managementtheory, designed a questionnaire of employee relations, sampling survey was carried outby Zhaoji industrial workers, interviews were conducted on different level employee,and found Zhaoji industry has certain advantages in labor relations, business training,and employee care. But companies in information sharing, democratic participation, andstaff care deficiencies, the staff of the enterprise a sense of identity and low. There aresigns the industrial employees relationship issues that need management to enhance theoverall reform to improve employee satisfaction, from the angle of enterprises, toconstruct advanced culture. Specific measures are: improve the recent companyinformation sharing degree, allowing the employees to fully share enterprise information;strengthen the employee participation in management, broaden the channels ofparticipation; to increase staff care project, managers at all levels to change themanagement style, carry out employee care plan; implementation of employee assistanceprogram; accelerate the building of enterprise culture, improve employee identity feeling.Improvement is not accomplish at one stroke of employee relations, also has a lot ofresistance, organizations and individuals, therefore, needs the enterprise leaders involvedin employee relationship improvement plan, lead to full participation in the reform; takethis as an opportunity to improve enterprise related rules and regulations; to improve thehuman resource management to promote the salary, performance system.The implementation of Zhaoji industry employee relations improved scheme, inorder to improve employee satisfaction, solve existing staff turnover is high, low loyaltyproblems; more expected to promote the transformation and upgrading of themanagement system and management of enterprises. Also has the inspiration significance improvement case study Zhaoji industry employee relationship managementin relation to theories of employee relationship management and other employees.
