| With the rapid development of integration of international economy, port has become an important hub of modern communications in our country. This paper studies Dalian ZhuangHe Port’s the internal and external strategic environment, port functional orientation, hinterland economy development and competitive power with the background of port development in our country. Meanwhile this paper forecasts port capacity and arrival ship type, finally making out ZhuangHe Port’s future development strategies and correlative safeguard measures.First, competitive power analysis for port development strategic environment is a key factor to study ZhuangHe Port strategies. Competitive power analysis is used in this paper to study the present situation, status, function and port functional orientation of ZhuangHe Port, researching the effect of our northern economic situation to port development, specific analysis of competitor. Comprehending all the above factors, this paper assesses ZhuangHe Port’s existing competitive power, making the development strategies practical and competitive in the process of making development strategies.Second, this paper is on the basis of the forecast on port capacity and ship type of Zhuanghe Port, utilizing qualitative forecasting and quantitative forecasting to achieve the best balance of ZhuangHe Port’s strategic development to local port capacity and arrival ship type.The last point, the aim of this paper is getting the development strategies and measure of safeguard for ZhuangHe Port. Through the above study about ZhuangHe Port and the analysis for future, this paper formulates development strategy for ZhuangHe Port comprehensively, including strategic goals, strategic focuses and strategic planning, deeply analysising the problems that the achievement will face and giving safeguards for corresponding strategy implementation at the same time.This paper provides worthy suggestions for ZhuangHe Port’s future development from practical level. |
