Many foreign garment enterprises have settled in after China joined the WTO. Domestic apparel industry is highly competitive. Competition among enterprises has grown from a simple product competition transferred to the profit model of competition. Effective profit model can help companies improve their core competitiveness and gain more profit. Asset-light profit model effectively improves the enterprise’s core competitiveness by integrating internal and external resources. So asset-light profit model is the first selection in many apparel industry companies. However, many enterprises failed to make reasonable and effective management which led to the failure of enterprises. Therefore, to analyze asset-light profit model of the apparel industry can help companies recognize their own shortcomings and get a better development.In this paper, we choose Metersbonwe as the case to study the domestic apparel industry profit model. Based on the theoretical analysis, firstly, this paper analyze the four constituent elements of profit growth from the perspective of value creation and analyze the profitability of its existing, which are profit growth point, profit growth measures, profit growth barrier, profit growth obtain. Secondly, according to analyzing the third chapter, this article constructs the evaluation system of Metersbonwe asset light profit model, and then quantifies the evaluation model to determine the effectiveness of the model, and makes an advice that the manager should strengthen the management. Finally, this paper proposes some measures about the corporate strategy,financial management and risk control, supply chain management and other aspects,hoping that this study will be helpful to the other domestic businesses.
