Empirical Study Of The Influence On The Effect Of Technology Innovation Diffusion From Enterprise’s Social Network And Technological Capabilities In High-tech Zones

:As the high-tech zones support the cultivation and development of strategic emerging industries, and promote the adjustment of structure and the change of development pattern for regional economic in our country, the effect of enterprises’ technology innovation and diffusion directly influences their core competitiveness in the zone. However, the development of high-tech zones is not perfect enough. Though the enterprises have a certain ability to innovate, it lacks an effective system for technology innovation and diffusion within the zone, which leads the innovation level of enterprises unimproved. Therefore, the study on effect of enterprises’ technology innovation diffusion in high-tech zones is getting more and more attention.This paper focuses on the effect of enterprises’ technology innovation diffusion in high-tech zone. First, an overview of the relative literature on social network, technological capabilities, technology innovation diffusion is summarized, and the relationships between these elements are made clear. Then, based on the conceptual model of social network, technological capabilities and technology innovation diffusion in high-tech zone, fourteen hypotheses on the influence of social network to technological capabilities, the influence of social network to the effect of enterprise technology innovation diffusion and the influence of technological capabilities to the effect of enterprise technology innovation diffusion in high-tech zones are put forward. After that in the empirical part, the descriptive statistics, reliability, validity and structural equation model are analysis with SPSS14.0and AMOS7.0based on the data of questionnaire survey from Zhongguancun in Beijing and High-tech Zone in Changsha, and the proposed hypotheses are discussed based on validation results. In the end, some recommendations on policy and management for high-tech zones and the enterprises within are raised and the directions for future research are predicted based on the empirical results.The conclusions drawn in this paper include:(1) scope, intensity and stability of the social network have a positive effect on enterprises’ technology innovation diffusion in high-tech zones;(2) centricity, intensity and stability of the social network have a positive effect on absorption ability and internal research ability of enterprises’ technological ability, but the scope of the social network just has a positive effect on absorption ability;(3) the absorption ability and technological ability have a positive effect on enterprises’technology innovation diffusion in high-tech zones.
