Diffusion Process Model Of The Enterprise Network-based Industrial Clusters Of Technological Innovation

The industrial cluster model is a very effective development strategy to advance competition of regional economies, and it's an impactful way to adapt the whole world economic competition which from one company to the whole industrial chain. In the industrial economy times, the enterprises in cluster gain advantage from larger scale and scope, but it's the technological innovation and innovation diffusion that make the enterprises more competitive in the times of knowledge-based economy. All enterprises in the cluster are not have the ability and condition to carry out technological innovation. It's almost the diffusion of technological innovation that makes the economy of cluster increase, efficiency improves and competitiveness strengthens. So, the paper studies the process of technological innovation diffusion based on the evolution of cluster core network, and suggests the process model of technological innovation diffusion of industrial cluster to exploit cluster's advantage in technological innovation diffusion and improve the effect of diffusion.Founded on the analysis about innovative diffusion process model and enterprise network of cluster, the paper analyzes the structure and key element of cluster's enterprise network, and puts forward the two stage of cluster development: initial stage and ripe stage, points out the network framework of corresponding stage. Based on this, it analyzes the characteristic of cluster's enterprise network, and how the network affect the process of technological innovation diffusion, then, points out the basic characteristic of the technological innovation diffusion in different stage of industrial cluster.Based upon the discussions above, the paper mostly studies the innovation diffusion in different stage of industrial cluster. For industrial cluster that in the initial stage, based on the factors that hinder the diffusion of technological innovation from cluster outside to inside of it, it puts forward stimulate measures that accelerate technological innovation diffusing to inside of cluster. Then, the paper studies the diffusion way of technological innovation in cluster through game theory, and analyses the state of innovation diffusion using correlative model. Finally, the process model of technological innovation diffusion in the primary stage of industrial cluster is suggested. For industrial cluster that in the ripe stage, the paper thoroughly analyses the process and of innovation diffusion that from the core enterprise to outer-ring enterprise through game theory model, puts forward corresponding influencing factor and the countermeasure that accelerating technological innovation diffusing in ripe cluster. Finally, the process model of technological innovation diffusion in the primary stage of industrial cluster is suggested.
